Thom Monckton

This sack of bones stacked around 179cm high, came into existence around 1985 and for some reason decided that the accompanying DNAcid would be best put to work as a circus artist.
You can most likely catch examples of the flesh vessel's work at Kallo Collective or with Circo Aereo. Check out some of the projects below, get in touch with any questions.

“Pendulum” (working title) is an investigation into all things that sway, rock, oscillate, or otherwise move backwards and forwards in a never-ending fashion. A rocking chair, a hammock, a swing, the tide, our breath. All things that move perpetually to and fro are the definition of restlessness, and yet we find these motions intrinsically comforting, as if they remind us of an experience before consciousness. The show aims to combine the explosiveness and action of circus with the human physical response to constant gentle movement.
